Das Wort des Tages ist “sich beklagen“

Wie heißt das Sprichwort „es nützt nichts sich zu beklagen – es hört sowieso keiner zu“???

Aber in meinen Augen hilft es sich hier und dort zu beklagen; man fühlt sich viel, viel besser wenn man über Probleme sprechen kann, auch wenn man oft keine Hilfe bekommt.

How does the saying go “it’s no use to complain – nobody listens anyway”???

But in my eyes, it helps to complain here and there; one feels much, much better when one can talk about problems, even if one often does not receive any help.
